Digital Downloads

 

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the files have been downloaded.

 

If you experience any problems accessing or downloading your files, please contact us and we'll gladly help resolve the issue.

 

Printed Packs

 

If your printed pack arrives damaged, or if there is a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may ask you to provide a photo of the item so we can assess the issue.

If the item is found to be faulty or damaged, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
